Apple has updated the version numbers for the developer test versions of the new OSes and launched the public test versions (including macOS 15) so that you no longer need a developer account.
All OS opened for beta testing
iOS 18 comes with a system that can make all app icons dark at the same time as the theme and you can "color" as you wish. Also included is a new and advanced quick control panel system that takes up several pages, and where you can stack on what you want to reach.
There's a new thing in Apple's Photos app: "Reclaimed." You will find the section under "Tools" when you scroll down in the app. There you will also find that the app sorts things such as receipts - this can be useful in a work context.
As is known, "Apple Intelligence" has not been available to developers (we in Norway will be able to test at the same time as the US as we understand it, but only English is supported,) and it is not activated in these versions either. Before, it was reported by Bloomberg that Apple would not test the brand-new Siri until January and that the final version would be iOS 18.4 in April or May.
We tested the latest features as soon as beta 1 was launched earlier in June. BankID works in all versions, and we have not experienced crashes or poor battery life on either the iPhone 15 Pro Max or the MacBook Pro M3.
