The alpha certificate can be tested
The Android Police reported last weekend that Tor Browser is built on Firefox v60 and that it will block things that try to track the user on the world wide web. Another thing is that Tor Browser makes it possible to access websites that are not available in different markets.

The browser's alpha browser can be tested already, but Android Police warns that the app is in no way complete and that much work remains. For example, you still need the Orbot proxy app to access Tor, but in a future version of the browser, this feature is built-in. The app can be found in the Play Store.
Uncertain if the app is coming to iPhone
As for an iOS version of Tor Browser, it does not appear that Tor Project has any immediate plans for it. On its website, the developer writes that there is no official Tor Browser for iOS, and at the same time recommends users to check out the Onion Browser developed by Mike Tigas.
