Reputation Exchange has long been reporting that Microsoft is working on a dual-device device. This is called "Andromeda". Recently, rumors revealed that Dell is also working on such a device, as Intel also does.
Intel has its own prototypes
PC World was behind the stage game at Intel's headquarters in Santa Clara, USA, where they got an exclusive look at two foldable Windows 10 device with two monitors. This is of course prototypes but shows that Intel has faith in such devices.
"Tiger Rapids" is the codename of Intel's device and consists of one 7.9-inch LCD screen and one e-ink display. The PC, if its the correct designation, is described as slimmer than an iPhone 8. Intel also works with a similar device with two traditional panels on each side.
The prototypes share absolutely similarities with Lenovo Yoga Book, introduced during the IFA Fair in 2016, but the big difference is that Intel's devices have two displays. Intel says to PC World that PCs, as both Asus and Lenovo appeared during this year's Computex fair, are inspired by "Tiger Rapids". It is uncertain whether Intel is going to launch such products in the future, or if it's only reference design.
