Hiding temporarily
Facebook is now testing another method that allows you to temporarily hide people, groups and pages from news feeds. TechCrunch and The Verge write about a "slumber" feature that is now being tested for some users. We can not see it here, but to slumber, for example, a friend, touch the three dots right to the right of the name and press snooze.
From there you can choose if you want to hide your friend one day, a week or a month. The Hide option is still available if you want to make it more permanent.
At the test stage
A social media spokesperson confirms to TechCrunch that they are testing such a feature.
"We are testing new ways to give people more control over their news feeds, so they look with the stories they find most relevant," says Facebook to the site.
Do you often have to hide people, pages or groups? Would you rather slumber them?
