Also occurred after measures were introduced
The report states, among other things, that NSA staff did not reveal the surveillance. One in 20 of the American electronic communications was collected and stored by the NSA, according to the previously secreted report Circa has gained access.

The NSA shall have granted breach of the Fourth Constitutional Law in the United States Constitution. This should also have happened after the agency's own superior has agreed to follow various security measures in 2011.

Changed the rules for Trumps deployment
About the fact that the Obama administration announced the violations last year just before Donald Trump was elected as the next American president. The concession came in front of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court - a federal court in the United States.

From Wikipedia: "The court conducts legality control with US authorities' surveillance activities within the country's borders, mainly activities conducted by the National Security Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation."

Shortly before the launch of Trump in January, officials in Obama administration changed the rules for how information about Americans retrieved by NSA is being saved.

Among other things, the safeguard measures were removed and it was permitted that sharing of information about individuals was shared across different agencies.

The complete report from Circa can be found here.
