Fastest recording Microsoft has seen.
Fastest recording Microsoft has seen.
Windows 10 is already used by over half of the Steam users, and last year Microsoft went out saying that the system was used by 400 million active monthly users.
There may be a truth with modifications, because the number of monthly active users is not the same number of daily active users.
300 million plus
Now, Microsoft's Yusuf Mehdi says that Windows 10 has "300 million plus" people who use the system on average every three and half hours.
"It's the fastest recording we've ever seen, and we could not have been more pleased with Windows," he said in a TV interview yesterday.
Dead race between Android and Windows
Overall, in the operating system market, if we bring all devices, Windows is now using 37.91 percent, but it's supposed to be turned off by Google's Android, which has more users with 37.93 percent - so this is almost entirely even.
Earlier, Microsoft had plans for now about one billion users with that system over three years, but they later stated that they will not achieve this target, mainly due to the weak sales of Windows phones.
More exciting numbers are expected from Microsoft during the Build 2017 conference next week, and also about how many people use the latest updates to the system, which will be around ten percent of the user base.
