Certificate errors plague Windows 11 users
VPN services can be smart for many things, including getting early access to advanced and free AI services from companies like Google, Meta, and Musk's Grok on X. But now Microsoft is creating problems for users of such services: KB5036893 is out and making mischief - the update was released on April 9. There is not much to report about the update, but the error is that the user is mistakenly served the error message "a certificate could not be found."
An upcoming update will fix the problem, unfortunately is the message right now. Mao. Until that happens, maybe next Tuesday, then the only solution is to roll back the update. It wasn't that long ago that Microsoft messed it up on the networking side and had to release an update to fix the speeds related to L2TP/IPsec VPN. Other platforms used are PPTP, L2F, and L2TP.
