Shouldn't it happen anyway?!

Not long after what could be an important component leak from Apple's VR/AR headset, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo lowers the mood ahead of June 5 .

Shouldn't it happen anyway?!

This does not bode well

In other words, things change quickly, and this time it's extra special since Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has been talking up an unveiling at WWDC in June for a long time.

According to Kuo, Apple is certainly not confident enough, at this point, that they can create an "iPhone moment."

Therefore, the company must have postponed mass production by one to two months. In other words, this means that mass production will instead start halfway through, or late, the third quarter of 2023.

Apple must be very insecure

For that reason, uncertainty is also creeping in around an unveiling on 5 June. Kuo also believes that Apple has adjusted production down to 200,000 to 300,000 headsets. The market expected 500,000 or more.

The main reasons why Apple is currently skeptical about showing off the product are the world economy, hardware compromises (including weight), the ecosystem not being ready (including apps), and the rumored price of $3,000 to $4,000.
