Sony promises big Playstation 5 update - has launched beta program

Sony reveals that they will launch a major update to the Playstation 5 later this year, and now they need beta testers.

The company has therefore, like many others, started a new beta program in the US and a couple of other countries. Norway is not on the list.

 

If you are selected as a tester, you also get access to future beta versions without having to register again.

 

Sony promises to reveal more soon
"After the beta starts, you can restore the system software to the latest official version before the beta program ends."

 

"Our latest PS5 system update in April introduced new features such as USB storage, cross-generation Share Play, improved Game Base and other UI enhancements and social features," Sony reports, assuring us that we will learn more in the coming weeks what can we expect in the new major update.
