BIG Android 12 leak: Google is copying this from Apple, and that's fine

XDA Developers reports that Android 12 notifies you if an app sneaks up on text you've copied.

Finally, Android reveals it
It was from version 10 that blocking of clipboard access was implemented in the background. This means that the app must be open, or be the default keyboard app that is enabled. If the app is up, it can still read the clipboard as before, and this is where the new function comes in.

Because you will be able to activate "show clipboard access" in the privacy setting and then be notified with a "pop-up" of the content you are watching.

Android 12 will be launched during the winter, and next month the first beta version will come (under Google I / O on May 18, we guess):

The Android 12 developer tests are not what you want to experience this winter
We tried to find the setting, but it's not there - the reason is simple: XDA Developers has a long list of things to come in future updates of the OS that Google has not yet revealed, but which they will probably talk about next month.

We have tested the Pixel 5 for a few weeks and are probably most happy with a clearer warning tab, but beyond that, there have been no major changes so far, but as you can see from the screenshots in the source link, there are a number of improvements to be served in the coming months, including interface changes.

You may remember that there were many apps that were taken aback when Apple started rolling out iOS 14, and also during the beta period, in intercepting both the one and the other. We hope Google expands the functionality of this feature. It will be exciting to see how many people are caught doing things they should not.
