This is a triband router that serves both 6GHz, 2.4GHz and 5GHz - fortunately, we all know that our routers kneel from time to time with so many gadgets. This is what the 6GHz band is supposed to help fix.
We are talking here speeds up to 10.8Gbps and lower latency.
The Norwegian price is not known, but in dollars it is priced at 599 dollars. The router is up for pre-sale from Netgear now and will be sent out in March.
The router has:
- Support for up to 60 devices simultaneously
- 200 percent greater spectrum availability than just two-band layouts
- 4 x 6GHz streams
- 4 x 5GHz streams
- 4 x 2.4Ghz streaming
- 5 x GB
