The same goes for Pro.
Unfortunately, there are very few wireless chargers with support for firmware updates.

At the same time as we wrote this article, Apple launched iOS 14.2 which seems to fix the issue. We are investigating.
iPhone 12 is not compatible with all chargers
Base Station Pro from Nomad is one of them, so when the iPhone 12 did not charge properly, they released an update that fixed the error.
It's worse with other Qi chargers like the Zen Liberty Wireless Charger, Mophie Charge Stream Pad +, Nomad Base Station Stand and Mophie 3.
Some products work after restart, or by positioning Apple's new mobiles a little differently, but for the vast majority of struggling products, this does not help.
