Galaxy S20 owners first discovered a similar bug, but for those customers, the bug was fixed with a software update as we see fit.

Now, OnePlus support above a customer confirms that certain panels have a defect in them and that an update is therefore not enough.

OnePlus reports that affected customers must submit the device. They are given three choices:

• Submit your mobile for service
• Get the money back
• Get a new device
