AirPods get better sound quality - much about AirPods Pro 2 revealed

Something exciting has been revealed about upcoming AirPods models and several specific revelations related to AirPods Pro 2.

AirPods Pro 2 can have a very clever trick lurking
We can take the latest product first which is now announced to get an upgraded H1 chip, Find my support so you do not have to look for them, heart rate measurement and USB C. Very interesting is also how Apple may seem to have solved the problem for people with hearing loss.

In terms of design, there are almost no changes we can see, but they may have shrunk a bit.

 

This is what you can expect:

 

• The new H1 chip delivers better ANC, performance, and less energy consumption

• The sound will be equated with AirPods 3 with a combination of custom drives with high "amplitude" and "amplifiers with high dynamics"

• They may be able to measure temperature, probably the user's

• They are also supposed to function as a hearing aid in that the sound can be picked up by the charging case and sent back to the earplugs with an improved sound image.

 

The better sound quality on the go
This will apply to several products from Apple, but it is at least confirmed using a beta version of AirPods Max, that Bluetooth LC3 is supported, a standard that was fresh early last year.

LC3 was introduced starting with Bluetooth 5.2.

 

Extensive listening tests have demonstrated that LC3 will provide improvements in sound quality compared to the SBC codec that comes with "Classic Audio", even with a 50 percent lower bit rate. Developers will be able to take advantage of this power saving by creating products that can provide longer battery life, or in cases where current battery life is sufficient, reduce the form factor by using a smaller battery.
