Adele managed to convince Spotify to remove random order playback.

This is the new standard for all albums
The artist believes that her new album is created to be listened to from the first to the last song in the order she herself has decided, and not in any other way, and therefore managed to convince them to remove the random order button.

 

Not only that, but now the new Premium feature is that albums are played by default with the play button so that the first song in an album is played, Spotify reports.

 

30 was launched on Spotify
Adele launched her album on Spotify on Friday, while her previous album, 25, could only be downloaded or traded in physical format in 2015. This album came to streaming services the following year.

 

This was the only request I had in our ever-changing industry! We do not make albums with so much care and consideration for the order for no reason. Our art tells a story and our stories must be listened to as we intended. Thank you Spotify for listening.
