Microsoft continues to hype upcoming features for Windows 11, as a major-upgraded "Snipping Tool".

Spotify will get AirPlay 2, and now the service is built deep into Windows 11

Now the turn has come to Spotify which is in the news due to the lack of AirPlay 2 support three years after Apple launched the streaming standard.

 

The company first stated this week that the support has been postponed indefinitely, but now claims that they are working on implementation and that it is on its way.

 

This is probably coincidental, but now Windows CEO Panos Panay reports that they are working on integrating Spotify in Windows 11, ie in addition to the Game Bar support that has been in place for a long time.
