Bloomberg continues to reveal a lot of exciting things about Apple's product plans.
The original plan was to launch the new AirPods Pro this year
This time it's AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro we now know more about. First and foremost the launches: AirPods 3 will be launched sometime this year, while AirPods Pro 2 will not come until next year.
AirPods 3 gets shorter antennas and a new charging case.
In fact, it is conceivable that the AirPods Pro 2 will not have protruding antennas at all, and that the design instead may be more reminiscent of the Beats Studio Buds that were just unveiled.
AirPods Pro gets more advanced sensors
AirPods Pro 2 was launched in October 2019 and has been a success among both critics and consumers.
The new version improves the sensors so that they can deliver more functionality/information when training. Exactly what they are capable of, it is not revealed.
