It's been several years since Chrome got so much faster - giving so much better battery life

Chrome 87 launched with speed improvements Google believes we have not been served in many years.

It's worth upgrading to Chrome 87
Chrome 87 launches 25 percent faster and Google has managed to reduce CPU usage by up to five times - wow, that's a lot, and the estimate is 1.25 hours longer battery life. RAM usage is also reduced. Websites also load seven percent faster.

A new feature is that you can now search through tabs, including separate windows.

But there's more: Chrome Actions. Actions make it possible to do things like delete cookies, directly from the search field, or the log «delete history».
