iPhone 12 covers lack of speaker holes.

 

Apple has long since started shipping iPhone 12 covers, but what if the covers lack grills for the speakers?

Oops…!
This is actually what a number of customers are now experiencing to receive, and which they will no doubt complain about: it does not take much before you do not hear anything if you cover the small speakers.

We even received the cover with the small holes

Customer service: "This is fine"
The checklist is that customers should have been told that the covers are not meant to have holes. This is of course not true, there is no sound coming from the panel, but on the underside as always.
