Apple has again released an iOS 13 update, this time in the form of 13.1.3.

Also, macOS Catalina has received its first update in the form of a "Supplemental Update" with the following bug fixes:

- Improves installation reliability of macOS Catalina‌ on Macs with low disk space
- Fixes an issue that prevented Setup Assistant from completing during some installations
- Resolves an issue that prevents accepting iCloud Terms and Conditions when multiple CliCloud‌ accounts are logged in
- Improves the reliability of saving Game Center data when playing Apple Arcade games offline

iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 are rolling out now
IPadOS is also updated to 13.1.3, and iPod Touch is included.

There are no new features to find, of course, they come in iOS 13.2 which is currently in beta testing.

Instead, this one focuses on fixing bugs and improving the iPhone, according to the scarce message from Apple.

- Fixes an issue where Bluetooth may disconnect on certain vehicles
- Improves connection reliability of Bluetooth hearing aids and headsets
- Addresses launch performance for apps that use Game Center
