Apple has once again updated iOS 13 to version 13.1.2 and rolled out the first watchOS 6 update, 6.0.1
iOS, iPadOS and watchOS
The company is very offensive with the updates after two major launches: the iPhone 11 series and of course iOS 13.
This is for iPhone:
- Fixes a bug where the progress bar for iCloud Backup could continue to show after a successful backup
- Fixes an issue where Camera may not work
- Addresses an issue where the flashlight may not activate
- Fixes a bug that could result in a loss of display calibration data
- Fixes an issue where shortcuts could not be run from HomePod
- Addresses an issue where Bluetooth may disconnect on certain vehicles
Also the iPadOS is updated to 13.1.2:
- Fixes a bug where the progress bar for iCloud Backup could continue to show after a successful backup
- Fixes an issue where shortcuts could not be run from HomePod
Regarding watchOS 6, we complained in the LTE usage test - Apple does not mention anything about improved battery life in the change log, but it is hoped they made changes under the hood anyway, so you can work out an hour, stream music, and have more than 10 percent battery in the evening.
watchOS 6.0.1 contains bug fixes and improvements, as well as:
- Resolves an issue where the Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse watch face does not speak time
- Addresses an issue where the calendar complication may not display events
- Fixes a bug that could result in a loss of display calibration data
