Still invisible players in Battlefield V

More and more bugs make fans leave the big game

Battlefield V has been plagued by problems ever since its launch last fall. There are still several significant bugs in the game that DICE has received a lot of criticism for not having targeted, and many fans have instead gone back to previous titles such as Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4.

DICE released another new patch recently. This was meant to correct several errors, but at the same time introduced some new and perhaps more significant problems.

Weapons floating in the air
The last thing is that players now and then become completely or partially invisible inside the game. Several have reported seeing "floating weapons" - that is, they can see enemy weapons, but not the soldier who holds it.

You can clearly see the problem in videos like this:

Several reasons stated
EA DICE has come up with updates that they are working to find out why the error still appears - even after a "hotfix". First, they told Reddit that the problem was related to bugs in the character customization part of the game. But they later went back to this - and said it probably was a completely random bug. In the latest statement, DICE said:

"We have noted that the Xbox One fix from Update 4.0.1 (Ch 4 Update # 1.1 Hotfix) did not improve the situation, and we are trying to track all further issues in terms of crash and instability. At the same time, our team prioritises the mistake with the invisible soldiers since this greatly affects the playability (it is of course not fair if your enemy is invisible while you are not), as well as other important bugs that affect the game. We have more information to share next week in This Week in Battlefield V ”

The fans return to Battlefield 1
Many believe that DICE released Battlefield V one year prematurely as an almost unfinished rush, as they usually spend at least three years between each game in the series. Battlefield V was the exception, with only two years after Battlefield 1 came out. Several updates and patches have not yet managed to re-enter multiple players.
