A film with girls far below the low age shocks.

The film Netflix feeds, Argentine Desire, is now being investigated in the United States by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the FBI after the PJ Media newspaper reported on the matter.

The film is not available in Norwegian Netflix.

Argentinian movies may be illegal
The reason is the start of the film that includes two girls around 10 years and a sudden change to a sexual scene. Under US law, it is stated that "a picture of a naked child may constitute illegal child pornography if it is sufficiently sexually suggestive."

More circles the clip on Facebook, but it is also pointed out that this is illegal even though the purpose is good and you want to pay attention to Netflix's routines when approving what to send.

The film has 3.9 out of 10 points on IMDB, and many of those who have reviewed the movie on the page find the content naturally disgusting. Netflix has not responded to Fox News's request for a comment on the matter, and the FBI's practice is never to say anything about any investigation, nor if they actually investigate a possible offense.

This states Norwegian law
The film is still available on American Netflix and in Norway.

Norwegian criminal law states the following about child pornography. It is enough that the character is "made like a child." In other words, it does not matter that the person in the role is possibly over 16 or 18 years old.

The Penal Code imposes penalties for various forms of child pornography. Child pornography is defined as "gender like depictions in impassioned and untouchable images where use is made of children, some of which may be regarded as children or someone who is made as a child." Child pornography is a criminal offense to produce, introduce for personal use, possess, leave to another or pay for consideration.
