Now they roll out.

As promised, you can download your content instantly at Instagram.

This has long been possible on Facebook, and now also possible in the Facebook-owned image service, note that only US accounts can download their data at the time of writing.

Anyone with a browser can download while iOS and Android support are on its way.

Takes some time
To download, you must enter your email address. Then Instagram sends a copy of pictures, comments, profile information and more. It may take up to 48 hours to receive the email.

Though a lot of instant messaging apps were already available, people have quickly switched to these encrypted messaging apps in an attempt to secure their conversations from snoopers. While things looked good with regards to encryption, a recent study by Cisco Talos has revealed some shocking facts. Allegedly, most of these popular, supposedly secure IM apps are vulnerable to side-channel attacks.
