If you watched Apple's entire iPad event yesterday, you also saw the company's new advertisement for what is the company's thinnest product ever: the iPad Pro 13 measures just 5.1 mm.
What emotions does the advertisement create for you?
The display is also praised, by the first journalists to check out the board, but they are not praised for the advertisement that crushes a number of creative analog products, including a record player and a guitar. We expect the message to be that everything is available on a razor-thin tablet, which the last part signals, but instead the film arouses everything from amazement to pure disgust
I like iPads, but I don't understand who thought this ad was a good idea, because this has to be the most honest metaphor for what tech companies are doing to the arts, to artists, musicians, creators, writers, filmmakers: use them, don't pay well , take everything and then proclaim that everything was created by them.
