Almost half of all Facebook employees dislike how the company shapes the world

In October, 49,000 Facebook employees were asked what they thought of the company in the annual report.

Not everything is completely black for Zuckerberg
The employees are clear that they are tired of the closures of the offices due to covid, and worst for Facebook: only 51 percent think the company is a good force in the world - this is down 23 percent compared to May this year.

There are several interesting numbers here, but not everything is negative for Zuckerberg:

• 56 percent are positive to the management - down from 76 percent in May
• 69 percent say they like working at Facebook - down only 0.5 percentage points from last year
• The average employee wants to stay in the company for 4.3 years - it is up to about six months from the average response last year
• The most interesting thing is that the vast majority, although many dislike the company's influence on the world, want to stay and think it's an ok place to work.
