We've been waiting for years for this Xbox enhancement

Why is the Xbox Store so slow? Have you noticed that the video clips at the top almost refuse you to scroll down to more of the content and the buy button?

Now that the Xbox Series X launch is approaching, Microsoft finally promises to do something about it: they will optimize the app so that it responds more quickly to user interactions and starts faster, something they should have done a long time ago for their own gain, as they now probably lose an ever so small share of sales due to inertia.
You can test from 5 August
Note that the Store app has a side menu on the left side for easy access to settings, it is perhaps logical that the new Xbox home screen will also provide the same option? It makes more sense than recording the entire screen as a full-screen app.
