This is happening
The problem is that the devices show 0 percent battery while in the charger, and therefore serve poor performance. Others believe the battery quality has suddenly dropped to 30 percent after just over 300 charging cycles.
Are you experiencing problems with your Surface Battery? Run powercfg / batteryreport in windows to investigate.
