This is brave by Microsoft: want users to call in to give feedback

Ten-minute anonymous conversation.

Ten-minute anonymous conversation.

Microsoft has very recently started sending out notifications in the Windows 10 alert center where they encourage users to call Microsoft directly. On the number provided, one can talk to one of the Windows engineers to provide feedback - this time very specifically about the ALT / TAB function.

Anonymous conversation
It is interesting how specific it is, but it may just be. You are not sure how Microsoft has determined the demographics of this session, and there is a possibility that it will only apply to Insider users so far, but many will have received a message stating that Microsoft wants feedback from you. and that you can set up a phone call with the engineers by going to a specific address:

At the corresponding address, you will find information that the company wants to understand customer needs better and that they should, therefore, like to have a 5-10 minute anonymous conversation.

Applies to ALT / TAB
The theme of the conversation will be the ALT / TAB function to switch between different applications, and Microsoft, therefore, wants to know how to use this in their attempt to further develop the function.

It's probably not the first time Microsoft launches such a thing: in February, they did something similar where they urged people to make contact to provide feedback on the Windows Update feature.
