Start menu is broken
There is the talk of KB4524147 that was launched 03.10.19 The bug fix fixes printer and security errors, but also makes havoc on some users' machines: the start menu no longer works, followed by a critical error message.
Problems are reported on Twitter, Microsoft's Help Forum (with a possible solution), AskWoody and Twitter.
Can be deleted
As if that wasn't enough, the printer bug fix doesn't seem to work for everyone, as a number of printer models are still struggling after the update.
If you experience this critical error, you can uninstall the update from the traditional control panel.
