How is it to use a nearly 20-year-old operating system? It wanted this YouTubers, "Oldtech81" to find out.

Under the project he used a Compaq Armada 3500 with specifications that Intel Pentium III 850 MHz, 256 MB RAM and a 20GB hard drive. In addition, the both floppy and CD drives and ports ehternet, modem, VGA, IR, PS2 and USB.

On top of Windows 98, he ran KernelEx. This is software that ensures compatibility with Windows 98 programs. KernelEx was Oldtech81 relied on to use things like Mozilla Thunderbird for email.

Lately has YouTubers used Windows 98 machine so he usually uses a PC. It includes things like web browsing, email, music and video. In addition, he has seen how multitasking works in the operating system from the previous millennium.
