The boss looks something like iPhone SE.

If the OnePlus boss gets what he wants, OnePlus launches a magnificent little phone that is powerful and comparable to the major flagships dominating the market during the day, without being the size of them physically.

Battery capacity is a big problem
Pete Lau has stated that the company is aware of the fact that many people demand smaller phones where the size does not go at the expense of performance to a particularly large extent.

The OnePlus boss says that the big issue that prevents them from creating something that can compete in the market, which can be termed as its own segment, is battery life, which is not particularly important with the capacity currently available. According to Lau, battery technology has not developed especially in the last couple of years, but OnePlus really likes to make a smaller smartphone if they solve this problem.

Weak competitors in today's market
For now, Palm Phone and Sony's range of what they call compact phones competing in this segment, these are only available in select markets and do not exactly do the best job of being good phones. For example, Palm is called an enlarged Apple Watch, which says it.

The Tom's Guide refers to what they consider to be the perfect phone that can compete on the market, and this charts something towards iPhone SE, with the possibility of an increase in thickness or width:

Have you considered a more compact mobile from OnePlus with specifications similarly described above?
