Last week, Google announced the rollout of Android Messages for Web. Now, the feature has finally rolled out to all Android users.

Send and receive on PC
This is confirmed by Duo's chef's developer, Justin Uberti, on the microblogging Twitter. With Android Messages, you can send text messages from the browser to your PC. The messages, both sent and received, are synchronized with the message app on your Android device.

This is how you get started:

Check the Play Store and make sure you have the latest version of Android Messages installed.
Go to messages.android.com on your PC.
On your mobile and in the Messages app: Touch the three dots in the upper right and select "Network version of Messages."
Scan the QR code on messages.android.com.
Now you can send and receive text messages directly in the browser.
Under Settings, you can enable/disable things like alerts, message and add-on preview, and a dark theme - it does not have the Android edition.
