Larger issues with Windows 7 and network issues with Server 2008.

Server 2008 R1 and Windows 7 users experience problems after the updates KB4480970 and KB4480960.

You are using a pirate version
Since the release Tuesday this week, Windows 7 customers can meet the "Not Genuine" error, 0xc004f200 on Windows 7 devices.

Microsoft has now updated the update document and confirms that this may occur.

Note this, administrators
A server error is also rough: local users who are part of the administrator group no longer have remote access to Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7 computers after the update. Note that this error does not affect domain accounts in the local administrator group.

If you have encountered the license problem, try this guide on Reddit.
Do you have the network problem? Try this with admin rights in command:

reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system /v LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
